hi guys i am so new to this so pls forgive what may be a stupid question BUT whenever i try to log on it says I am not from the UK!?! Ive tried from both my work pc my laptop and my home mac - same message every time? What am i doing wrong?

I got that at work too, but then when I drive through the gates to go to work my Company is in France, although I work in the UK.
