    Its happened to me a few times too , after conducting a timing experiment over 2 days i have worked out that there is a cut off point at about 10-15 minutes to the hour , for example if i entered for the 2pm draw after 1.45 i wouldn't get a lem and i couldn't enter for the 3pm draw but i would get a lem for the 3pm draw so now i make sure i don't leave it to late and have not had any problems since.
