Handy to refer to in any letter you write to them for various scenarios.

If you are with Capquest or any other DCA that seems to charge an admin fee per month then have a lock at section 2.10

My advice is don't tell them about it, say you have a debt of £1000 at £10 month - keep a record when you have actually paid £1000 and ignore their balance then send them a nice letter quoting the above and tell them to go forth...... DCAs will know they can never recover charges. They assume we are muppets and will pay them. But they are wrong :beer:
