Career Development Loan (CDL) Repayment question

Hello all, new here! Hope you guys can help. I have searched the forum and read some valuable information. But id like to hear your advice for my particular problem. Basically..

I have a CDL loan with about 6K left to pay over about 3 1/2 more years with Barclays. My repayments are £181 a month, I also have a credit card that i would like to pay off.

What is the best way I can do this? Typical "Penalties" I will receive for doing this. I have NO idea what to do.

Thanks

    whatever do you mean

-do you have lots of spare cash and want to know the bestway to clear the debts
    or
-you have insufficient cash and can't pay
    or
-you have enough to make repayments but would like to pay in the most efficient way
