NBS Overtime Guaranteed or not guaranteed

ive read on here, that the NBS take into account 50% of overtime.
My kind employer has written the reference they require, and calculated my average overtime over the last 6 months, but for some reason unbeknown to me! decided to write next to it "non guaranteed"
My broker seems to think this will be ok, but im !!!!!!!! bricks thinking if the NBS blow it out because of this?
So basically the question im asking, is if NBS take into account 50% of overtime, does it matter to them if its guaranteed or non guaranteed, or are they just looking to see if its consistent, as ive provided them with 7 payslips, all showing a similar amount of OT.

Overtime can only be a guaranteed source of income if it is contractually agreed.
Regular payments do not equate to a guarantee for the next 10 years (or whatever) in that the situation will remain the same.
Each lender will weigh up the matter up on your financial circumstances alone.0 -
Thing is, NBS never asked if it was guaranteed when doing the affordibilty scores etc, and it doesnt ask on the form that they faxed to my employer, which is why im annoyed he chose to write that.
The only reason it wasnt done on payslips alone, is that the overtime is broken down into different rates etc, and standby retainers, so they just opted for an employers reference, so if payslips alone were ok, then they would never have been any the wiser!
Have to wait and see what they say!0
