GD won prize not received help

My Grandaughter 21, won an Elle Boots No7 Decades comp 7 weeks ago (ironic as its 7 weeks) and has not received her prize.
Prize was 7 items from each of the 7 decades. She emailed last week and has had no reply. I have given her the Phone no from Elle T & Cs and told her to phone Monday.
If She gets no joy from there what should she do next, any advice would be appreciated.

Hope your GD gets her prize soon cistolic.:) Usually if you're persistant with them they send them out. Elle is quite a big company so hopefully they will send the prize soon but if not, maybe send another email to say you're contacting someone with regards to not receiving prize. (Sorry I cant remember who it is to contact but there's some info in comp discussions about missing prizes).Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0
