I've just tried to work it out and it came to £15.36 for me (not that my maths is great!! ) -

20% of £24 is £4.80, leaving £19.2
20% of £19.2 is £3.84, leaving £15.36

I think as someone else said, it's not actually a full 40% you get, they said it was more like 36%, as they take 20% off then take the second 20% of the new total

Same happened to me yesterday and I couldnt get it to work, but i can today, so have reordered and will return the original order for a refund when i recieve it!
