Having phoned around locally and checked stock -
Basingstoke have 1 unit
Newbury have 2 (but 1 is reserved until Friday)
High Wycombe has 13
Definitely a good buy, but having checked on completed listings on Ebay boxed and new they have sold in the last week for as low as £24.99 - so be wary of buying with the expectation of making a quick profit on ebay
Hope this helps0 -
Heaton Norris, Stockport have about 10 in store - £39.91
Off to get some for Xmas pressies!0 -

From the Lexmark website:
Q. Do I need a PC to print my digital photos using the Lexmark P450?
A. You can print directly from your digital camera memory card or from a PictBridge Certified digital camera. It is not possible to print from a PC to the Lexmark P450.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

Just picked one up for myself and one for a family member - it's quite small and light, and the print quality is ok (I printed from a Nokia N80 phone, from which I'd never printed before). I'm gonna try some other pics from a quite decent digital camera and will post the results.
As for refill carts, one of the first results I've found is http://www.inkemporium.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_P450_Cartridges_1301.html
Original Lexmarks - Normal cart (no 33) £13.23, 'high capacity' (no 35) £17.57.
A sidenote about Bluetooth - it mentions you can buy a 'Bluetooth adaptor' - so I naturally assumed a Lexmark branded accessory. It turns out it's just a bog standard USB port and can accept any usual Bluetooth dongle! While you can't print index prints/save to CD or USB when you print by bluetooth, it's still a handy feature.
NB you have to 'send' a file to the bluetooth device, rather than try to 'print' to it.0
