I bought one of these but the brush is huge - anyone else think this?

i have been thinking about buying one since last xmas, but not sure if i'd use it, or it would do my head in :P

on tv this woman recommended just the small circle ones and not the dual ones as they were big and difficult to fit into the mouth.....
