Hi Everyone,
I am new and would like your advice. I received a letter the other day from lowell chasing a debt from look again from 6 years ago today, so I am going to send a statute barred letter.
What i am questioning is i have just logged on to my experian credit report and it shows the default as 24/09/2004 so it is six years today, when will this default drop off, will it automatically drop off today? or do i need to chase up experian to remove it.
Mny thanks for your help.
