On a DMP now received a court claim form

Hi all
I have been on a DMP for the last 2 years. My total debts are in the region of £20k and I had been paying £100 a month but over the last year I had to reduce this to £20 as I've been on matenity leave. I am now going back to work so will be looking at increasing my payments again however it's unlikely I'll be able to afford more then £50 a month as my hours are reduced and I have to pay childcare costs too. I have just had a claim form from the county court as Natwest are refusing to accept payment by installments and they want the payment of £6k (the total amount I owe them) otherwise they will apply for a CCJ against me. I am really worried about what will happen and whether I will end up with bailiffs or a charge on my property.
Can anyone advise?
many thanks

Hi
Was the £6k a loan or credit card?
Do you have the CCA if it was opened prior to April 2007?
And do you have the default letter? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
The 6K was my bank overdraft- I think the original overdraft ended up being about £4k but they have kept on adding charges. I do have a default notice, what's a CCA?
Thanks0 -
CCA is a consumer credit agreement, but because this is an overdraft it does not apply.0
