HELP - tesco taking full amount from card ?

Doing my first online shop with Tesco and used a £10 off £50 spend but when I get to the payment page my verified by visa security page is asking me to verify a payment of the full amount - not taking off the £10 although it was accepted as an ecoupon and is showing as a deduction on the confirmation page

As far as I can remember the voucher is deducted on the acttual delivery invoice if not call customer services.
The delivery note shows actual goods delivered (in case of out of stocks)0
