im goin to court monday and have finally done my soa form how does or work out what you pay back?? ive read a surplus of over 99 he takes a percentage so is it like this i have 400 surlusthen he deducts 99.00 then takes a percentage of the 300 ??? soooo confused sorry if a silly question im goin insane.....

ok...... will that be 75% then of the 400.... too ashmed to put my soa form up but have claimed 400 for food and toiltries and laundry for 2 adults is that too much....???0
