25 read a website that believe prices will fall.
Would you argue sentiment is more behind property transactions based on that data than prices falling?
Mean as 10X as many people are interested in buying selling or renting?
Basically it means nothing, as it is a snap shot of people interested in something. It is not a snap shot of the country.0 -

I would say that those figures are no surprise. Maybe 10x as many people have better things to do than fanny about constantly on a board about house prices. I unfortunately do not.
