hi everyone
checked my credit score and last summer it was under 650 and now presently surprised as it has increased to over 800:j:T
Will a lender now consider me for a mortgage? I realise there is more to it but just need advise on the current market
any help would be greatly appretiated:)

Much more to a mortgage application than a credit score.
Income
Loan amount
Deposit
Credit commitments
To name just a few. If you are unsure about a mortgage you would be advised to speak to a 'Whole of Market' brokerI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. me and my partner have a joint income of around £30k
Property we like is around £87k and we would prob look for a mortgage around £77k as have around £10k deposit
only credit commitments we have is credit on on a tv and drier approx £650, I have a catalouge which has approx £700 on it and I have a credit card with around £1000 on it. to me that seems alot but we are currently paying them off monthly (and not bad compared to some people) I have a loan that finishes in less than a year
my dad could go guarantor but not sure if that would help us or not

Use your savings to clear your debts. That'll improve your status considerably and save you money in the longer term.0
