Early discharge ..... maybe!

Hi
I haven't been on here a while although I do look in every now and again. To be honest I sometimes forget I am BR.
I went BR in May 2010 and today I received a letter from my OR to say he was considering me for early discharge :j I have to fill in an income and expenditure questionnaire to see if I can pay an IPA. My financial situation has not changed much but my car insurance went up by £100.
It did say in the letter that: the OR will have to contact all of my creditors to inform them I may receive an early discharge, and then consider any objections that they may have and, as this process will take some weeks, please do not contact him again regarding possible early discharge, as it could create a further delay. I am guessing that when the OR sends these letters out they get many phone calls from us BR's wanting to know when their early discharge will be. :rotfl:
I understand I may not get early discharge but still, it is good news!
I was also wondering how any of you May BR's are doing?

I went BR 06/05/2010 and received the same letter as you a couple of weeks ago - fingers crossed0

I got that letter after about 2 months, sent a SOA, and then waited! I got a subsequent letter saying the OR had no more interest about 2 mnths ago, and today my discharge notice arrived
they will contact you if they need anything otherwise they prefer you to leave them to it (although you must tell them of any major changes to income/expend). Good luck

Hi all. My BR was 17/5/2010 - so far have had no mention of ED.
Still as bad off as we were before going br and also feel like a bit of a failure. However we are hopeful that things are going to pick up soon as we will be moving to council property. Good luck to all of you that have received notification of possible ED.
