advice pls. hours being cut can i claim wtc and pay csa ??

hi all
my hours are being cut at work from 40 to 30

i was told i can claim working tax

but i also pay csa direct from my wages

please can anyone advise

i no the payments to csa will drop when my hours do

but if i can get wtc awarded to me it is my money or can csa take it??
please help i dont no what to do????

    We need to know more details. What are your individual circumstances? Age? Income? Do you live alone? Have any children living with you?

    The CSA take WTC into account as income for an NRP normally all the time, unless they are in a couple and their partner earns more than them.
    August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
