I think Bigblokes reply to this question in the comps discussion thread covers it.cazabella78 wrote: »do people enter competitions once or more than once?bigbloke45 wrote: »
From the guide4 How many times do you enter a comp?
This is going to be individual to each comp. You need to read through the Terms & Conditions (T&C) of each comp to know the answer to that question.0 -
people say its up to you how many time you enter but i just wondered what other people do?0

Most will either only allow one entry to go through or will disqualify you if you enter more than once. There are so many on here, it's impossible to keep up to date with them all entering once, so I've no idea how anyone would manage multiple entries! Some obviously allow it, like the ITV ones which are clearly worded saying 3 or 5 entries per phone number.
Really not worth the hassle entering more than once on others. You'll be having to search sometimes lengthy T&Cs to see if it's once pp, or per household, or whether you'll be disqualified, etc. People would soon get bored of multi-entering!

The maximum number will be in the terms and conditions, as mentioned above, some allow unlimited entries many only one. You can enter as many times as you like but only up to the maximum number the competition allows.
Some will reject any entries above the maximum, some you cannot enter more times than allowed and some disregard all your entries if you make too many.0 -
I enter once for the competitions for anything for me or my children (unless u16s childrens comps in which case they enter themselves) my husband enters the mens mag ones.
The main reason I enter only once for each one is that multiple entries for say, you and your partner, I dont think ups your chances as there usually is only one prize, it just doubles your work. There are soo many competitions on here that I wouldn't have the time regardless.
I like to think we all play on a level playing field though and I feel it's more the fun of entering than necessarily winning a prizeComping wishlist for 2017

I only enter once for each one. Some of the competitions (such as the big ITV ones) specifically say that you cannot enter on someone else's behalf. I don't know how they check this...maybe the IP address? That said, you could live under the same roof and enter from the same PC?!0
