I use credit cards and the cash available to me in current accounts at any one time is under £6,000. I owe quite a large amount in debts (£60k shared ownership mortgage and £50k credit cards, loans and bills) which really must be paid off at some point.

Money in Betfair, or whichever exchange you use, is "your money", whether it's from a credit card or not and therefore is liable to be declared. I find it hard to believe you can arb to the degree that you earn as much as you claim with less than 6k bank roll, especially considering the delay in funds transfer from bookies, to bank daily.

Trainee auditor (graduate), £21k + exam bonus+ guaranteed pay rises for 3 years (to £27k). Grew up with less than nothing so can't believe my luck.

Don't worry, you won't feel like that for long, I thought I was loaded when I graduated and got a job on £22k, 5 years down the line and earning over 50% more I feel constantly !!!!ed off that I should be better paid...
