NR - mortgage query / help

flat value £71k, mortgage left £68k. Me and wife earn £48k per year. Looking at puting down approx £20k on a house after we sell ours. Ideally looking at properties in region of £125k - £130k. What sort of % rate could we expect on a 25 year deal - ie: us putting down 0.15% on a mort of £130k???
