I ordered something from bargain crazy two months ago from their price plunge section, a few days later they took the money from my account, since then nothing 
.
I have emailed them on a few occassions, still nothing >:(. They don't have a contact telephone number that I can find and I wondered if anyone out there has it ???.

Bargain Crazy are legally obliged to supply the original product or one of same or better spec.
I purchased a washing machine from them.. pretty sure it was a misprice (or stupidly cheap) had emails to confirm delivery date, they took my money and then emailed me to say that they were not able to deliver this item.
One week later, after speaking to supervisors, I had my new washing machine, delivered and plumbed in. Arrived from Kays the catalogue people.0
