tracking rate or offset tracking rate

Hello,

I am about to remortgage. I have 128400 left from 162000 house price. I have 30000 saving. Do i get normal tracking rate of offset one? In the market, what is the best tracking rate and offset rate?

Thanks

I have an offset mortgage ( very happy ) but why are you looking at tracker deals ?
YBS have 5 year fix at 3.99%
Now you may need to put some of your savings into the mortgage to get 75% LTV but having over £16K in savings is not always the best idea ( not self employed / Need more savings)
If you plan on staying long term in your current property ( 5 years ++++) then consider fix.
First Direct have some of the best tracker deals
