Electric (battery) Toothbrush £1

Electric battery toothbrush.
I expect these are available in lots of Poundshops, but I thought I'd try one for a £1 from my local Poundland (national chain).
Anyway it comes with 5 different coloured interchangeable heads and a wall bracket.
I gave it a try not expecting miracles.......But I was impressed with it!
I used some whitening toothpaste and my teeth certainly felt a lot cleaner.
And I speak as someone who normally cleans teeth twice a day at least.
I combined it with a pack of 4 nicd rechargables for a £1
So if you wanna give it a try, they are well worth it, then perhaps you might wanna invest in a more expensive one at a latter date.

great idea as a gift for a child say of 8 + for christmas - that way you can see if they use it properly before investing in an expensive oneRemember is nice to be important but more important to be nice0

I bought one of these - I can't get mine to work!

Just a word of warning - we used whitening toothpaste with our electric toothbrush (ignoring instructions on the box) and it stopped working... don't ask me why but it did!0

Mines still working......bit of advice put some vaseline on metal contacts to prevent corrosion.0
-
Not being funny but if someone caught me putting vaseline on an electric tooth brush I have a feeling the resulting stress would not be worth it.
Thanks for pointing these out, gonna grab some for the kids.0 -
I was being serious, toothpaste forms a white film on drying hence the contacts dont work! Poundland have got some other things more suitable for vaseline anyway!0

my missus says she wants one now........cant see why?? cos she's got false teeth.......................???0
