Food Intolerance Tests?
Comments
-
I am also Yeast intolerant, and TBH it is harder to deal with than my wheat intolerance. There are very very few yeast free breads (although some health food stores do a wheat free sour dough). Most beer, cider, wine is out too. In the early stages at least, you need to cut out fungi as well. Some people who are yeast intolerant can handle them, some can't.
I would say avoid the wheat free supermarket ranges and try to find suitable alternatives instead. I.e. rice or potato instead of pasta, rice cakes or crackers instead of bread. The wheat free ranges are expensive and don't taste that nice. If you are looking to make a long term change to your diet switching to a wheat free version isn't sustainable. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0
