Consider selling up then renting for a period of time. Until your credit rating improves.

When was your CCJ from and for how much? Any defaults? Any missed mortgage payments?

the ccj this is owed to my current mortgage lenders, is for 13k, of which i have paid and continue to pay £50 a month to, as it isnt the full payment they still took out the ccj & 3 missed payments in last 2 yrs all paid upto date now.

i have looked into renting, but i have 4 dogs & nobody wants to know, even if we put up extra bond!
