AAP have not offered on endowment.... do we take that to mean def time to surrender

I posted on here a coupe of weeks back about surrendering endowment and being in 2 minds.... (reasons i wont go into now!)

Anyway we were advised to try and sell via aap....they have come back to us today to say they are not currently purchasing royal london policies and should market conditions change they will be in touch

Shoudl we take that to mean that the policy is definately not performing and therefore if it is in our better interests then definately a good time to sell??

Thanks

It could mean that they can't better the surrender value, amongst other things.
