Just sending good luck wishes to you and your husband. Its the not knowing what makes it seem more scarey, but hopefully things will go well and the procedure will be over in a matter of minutes.

Things will get better over time, it is hard but there are plenty of people on these forums for help and support.

Dont forget to to update how things go tomorrow.

    best wishes x

good luck tomorrow. it really won't be as bad as you imagine. please let us know how you get on xx
  • Hi hon, I cant say whether it's the same every time, but when I went I didn't even see the magistrate, the forms were checked and some things signed infront of someone from the court who then presented them to the magistrate. I didn't find out until later in the day whether it had been accepted or not! However, it was all much easier than I thought it would be, and today I got my discharge notice (after only 6 mnths). I don't know if it's the same situation (mine was a personal br, 30k of debts and no assets).

    Good luck. xxx
  • Have been following your story, good luck today x
  • As far as I know you can talk to the judge.
