Fresh Cranberries

Hi all, I'm choking at the bit to make some Winter Chutney for Xmas presents but the recipie requires fresh cranberries. As they are something I don't normally buy, I don't recall when/if they can be found in store.
Does anybody know when stores might get stock in & whether there are any better stores than others to source them in for availability?
I also looked for frozen cranberries but couldn't find any and dried ones aren't really going to be suitable.
Many thanks

I needed some for some chutney aswell and for some reason I couldnt find any fresh yet either. I think maybe a couple of weeks to early for them.
I bought the dried ones and soaked them in the vinegar that I was using in the chutney and then used them as fresh, absolutely scrummy..... wouldnt know the difference. In fact once rehydrate there is no difference.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. i have seen lots of different frozen fruits at the dobbies garden centres.
They did about 20 different fruits at my local one, so i guess they would have cranberries.
Go for IQF for frozen. I get them at work but my supplier will not be selling direct to the consumer..0
