Asda Internet Shopping and Substitute

Hi just looking for some advice.
I placed an order with Asda for my monthly cleaning products, and I ordered 4 no Flash with Bleach and received 1 no Flash with Febreeze.:mad:
Now cost wise I was charged exactly the same price £2.00, but I feel that I should of been substituted 4 no of an equivalent product.
So i guess what i'm asking is, when they substitute an item, do they go by cost / quantity?

I have had quite a few Asda subs and its always been on amount.
ie. I ordered 2 pyrex jugs (500ml) and they subbed it for 2 litre pirex jugs.
Just call the customer service number on your receipt and explain and they will refund for you.
