Phoned wages department new bank account for next months wages.Last night went through my budget( cut, cut, cut) This morning phoned c.c.c.s can pay extra £150 into DMP now paying (£500 month)This morning been to new bank, set up d/d for next month, paid small amount to payday loan companies, sent letters off to them (6th time) explaining on DMP....sorry for non payment this month but will be getting payments from C.C.C.S.from 1st October.

Brilliant - sounds very productive - I'm so pleased you were able to get your wages out to pay your mortgage.
There is a letter on here somewhere to ask the companies not to phone you and to correspond in writing only - hopefully some kind person knows where it is.
Oh and if you need any help withthe food budget for the next few weeks - try the MoneysavingOldstyle board - they will recommend cheap eats to keep you all going if you tell them how many to feed and what you like/don't like.
I think you've done the hard bit now and everything should gradually settle down - as you've found out the companies you owe money to aren't initially happy but that's tough - they can't have what you haven't got and they will settle down eventually - especially when they realise they are getting a regular monthly payment.
Good Luck
df
P.S with your new moneysaving attitude it won't take you 13 years - hopefully you'll get a payrise etc etc.Making my money go further with MSE :j

sounds like you are on a roll!
great news that you managed to get your wages out0 -
Hi
Thats great news!
I'm so pleased to hear things are getting sorted for you. But this wouldn't have happened unless you took action yourself so a big well done for taking those first steps to getting debt free.
:T:T:T
I know its really hard getting things started, and the payday loan companies will call, and no doubt bump up interest for a little while, but you can deal with them now the same as any other creditor.
Get the CCCS on their backs ASAP so that hopefully you will get a resolution from them quickly. (As it happens both Wonga and Payday Express have agreed to my own DMP so I know they will do it)
As others have said, its the long game you're playing now. Use this opportunity to get back on your feet and if you feel yourself slipping come back on here for support as the DFW's will help you stay on the straight and narrow!!
Very best of luck for the future and I hope to see you post on here on your Debt Free Day!
