House Valuation for Bankruptcy

I have been told I need to get a valuation on my house so I can buy the beneficial interest back, can anyone give me any advise on were is the best place (and cheapest) to obtain this.

  • Our OR accepted an estate agent valuation. It had to be les than 3 months old. We got 2 estate agents in, told them we were considering a move and wanted to find out our house valuation. We didn't have to pay for them to do this.

    i agree with angiepange. i did exactly the same. sometimes if things cannot be agreed they may ask for a surveyors valuation but i think they cost at least £100 +
