House Valuation for Bankruptcy

I have been told I need to get a valuation on my house so I can buy the beneficial interest back, can anyone give me any advise on were is the best place (and cheapest) to obtain this.

Our OR accepted an estate agent valuation. It had to be les than 3 months old. We got 2 estate agents in, told them we were considering a move and wanted to find out our house valuation. We didn't have to pay for them to do this.0

i agree with angiepange. i did exactly the same. sometimes if things cannot be agreed they may ask for a surveyors valuation but i think they cost at least £100 +
