A&L Unfair Bank Charges Help Needed!

Hello,
I have a £100 worth of charges on my account  I manage my money very well checking my balance every other day, I have a spreadsheet with all my outgoings on and how much is left to spend in my account.
The problem that happens is when a card payment is made on my card it doesnt always show up on my account online however my account with HSBC always shows a "LIve" balance.
So I went overdrawn because of card payments coming out because they cant keep a live balance the most I went over my overdraft was £35 in the month but because 3 transactions went through. they are charing me a £100!!!!!
AN UNFAIR BANK CHARGE in my eyes. Where do I go from here?
I have a mortgaged with them and a current account. I feel like telling them to shuv it and refuse to pay and Move accounts.

I don't think you can really blame the bank for you not having enough money in the account to cover a card payment. Yes they may not update the balance online immediately but surely you know how much money is your account before making a card payment? There is not much you can do with it, you can try reclaiming but since the High Court ruling last year there has been very little success with this. Have you tried just ringing the bank and asking them to refund it? Often if this is the first time you have received charges they will write them off as a goodwill gesture.0

They refunded £25 as a good will gesture. Ive been trying to sort myself out for the last 12 months. Im in control of my debt and its hard to manage your money.
I have a family of 4 to support and its frustrating! The Banks are robbing off the people that need it most!£10 a day - Sept 08 £245/£3000 -
Sorry if I sound mean, I don't intend that at all, but this is why you have a spreadsheet, surely? So that you know how much you have left. I work this way too, don't know what I'd do without my spreadsheets, it allows me to enter every penny I spend on my card and instantly I know how much "free" cash I have available. My bank is not so good at live balances either, that's why I rely on my own balance sheets.
Unfortunately you're not going to have any luck with a refund. It was your fault you overspent and while the charges are extortionate (no arguments from anyone on that) they are legal. Sorry.0
