Pembrokeshire Cottages?

Good morning.
My OH and I are supposed to be on hols in the USA at the moment but she injured her ankle and we had to cancel.
If she recovers enough to be reasonably mobile we are considering heading to Pembrokeshire for a long weekend starting from Thursday 30th September.
Does anyone know of any particular companies who let out cottages for a number of nights as opposed to the traditional week with a Friday/Saturday changeover? I thought this might be more possible at a quieter time of year.
Any specific cottage recommendations would be good as well. We need one that allows for a small and (occasionally) well behaved dog.
