worried???

I usually receive my payments monthly around 20th/21st, I still havent got it this month, i know is not a big delay but i had so many problems with the payments that i am already panicking.
The NRP was offered a new job in the same company but he would be officially employed by someone else, there was a DEO in place do you think the DEO was automatically transfered or its up to the NRP to do something about it?
Im really worried that my payments are going to stop because of this, anyone knows how this works?
