CPR 31.14 & CCA requests ignored - CCJ defence to file

Hi to you all,
I will be filing my defence this week on a CCJ issued a few weeks ago, AOS already done online. :mad:
I will be doing an "embarressed defence" initially but what I would like to know is seeing as my CPR 31.14 has been ignored issued 2 weeks ago (7 day deadline given) - should I be chasing this up with the Solicitors who have instigated proceedings - is there a standard letter?
Also my initial CCA request (sent before the CPR) has not been fulfilled, the only letter I received back was one asking for a signature, I replied telling them this was not needed and they are breaking DP rules by asking for one seeing as they have already issued all this CCJ paperwork etc.
What happens if they don't reply - can I get the proceedings stopped or is it likely to drag on for months, years or an eternity :rotfl:
