It doesn't mean that any of the 25 to 50 are any good! It is just a limited choice.

Just remember re the ISA option that you can awlays pay the accumulated money into a pension at a later date and get tax relief (subject to you having sufficient earnings to merit a contribution). YOu may get the best of both worlds then, flexibility of the ISA and tax relief should you need it.
