WOOLWICH administration fees. .... How Much!!!

We are intending to change morgage providers when we move as we are approaching our end of 2 yr deal, however, when we took up the offer the fee was £195.00, but now, its increased to £275.

Do you think this is a reasonable increment? Or should we write to them.
And if we were to write to them, should we do it after we have moved mortgages, or before??

I have looked at other threads, and i cant seem to find this information, so thats why im posting now.
