Cheap chicken at Tesco!

Today I noticed that the standard Tesco whole chickens (i.e. not Value, not Finest) had a third off, pricing them at £1.85/kg. To put this into perspective the MV chickens and Aldi chickens are priced at £1.98/kg
The reduction was actually printed onto the packaging so I think it must be a standard deal and not limited to this store although I can't see any sign of it on tinternet shopping :think:
(What made it even sweeter was that I found a load of these in the RTC bit so got £4 chickens for around £2.30 each! I now have 9 of them sitting in my freezer...!)
