                    Hi
I have eventually decided it is time for a new job, ( i have been wanting a new job for the last uear and half but onl just made my mind up its time to leave). I have been with my current employer for approx 9-10 years, its a job supporting people with LD, and although i have had a lot from the job i now no longer get the same job satisfaction that i used to.
What would i need to put on a CV??
Also i have seen a job as a cashier in a local bank, that looks good and i wouldnt mind doing. Would i need qualifications?? Or not (the advert says nothing about this), all i hav is a few gcse and an NVQ2 care, plus various othe care training. How could i make i so that my previous job could be seen as a plus rather than a job that has no importance?
Thanks.

Your current job, and indeed any job, should give you transferable skills.
For example working with people with LD, could translate into into having excellent interpersonal skills.
As you are thinking about a job involving money is there something, not necessarily work related, that would show that you have skills or potential in this area?0

            Another question.
Am aboyt to apply for another cashier job online with a MSE favourite (santander), a couple the questions have me puzzled.
1st. Any convictions. I was charged with shoplifting 12-13 years ago do i declare this?
2nd experience with internal/external customers. Can i coun my work with our service users as experience of customers as they do pay my company for their suppor etc. Or does it mean actual customers as in a shop?MoneySpendingExpert0

Customers does not necessarily mean as "in a shop" rather it is people who you provide a service to/for0
