Ccj

Hi all,

I have found out today that i have a CCJ against me but when looking on experian it does not state that there is a CCJ, it does show some late payments, defaults etc.

Having been made redundant in January my finances have been hit very hard. The CCJ has come to light after a search on my credit record.

I am able to settle the CCJ but don't know who has filed it!!!!

I need to settle it to allow me to start a new venture that will allow me to get my families life back on track. If i can't find out who raised it i can't settle it and move on.

Any help would be great.

Thanks Chris

It may not be recorded at Experian but whoever discovered it may have seen a record at Equifax or Callcredit. You might get more information about which credit reference agency was used by calling the creditor who told you you had an outstanding ccj.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
  • You can search the registry trust on-line to find out about CCJs

    http://www.trustonline.org.uk/

If you did not receive any paperwork, or you disagree with the decision, you need to look at set-aside (info also on registry trust)
  • I still can't find who has placed the CCJ against me. I i have searched Experian and trustonline. I really need to settle this in the next day or 2 or i will miss the chance to get back on the ladder.
