Is a good question - I pay about 350 per month for rent. I also deal with all the bills in our shared student house which leads to ridiculous cash flow issues as people basically dont pay me back for ages (as they are mostly students or unemployed).
You really need to get on top of that.
Insist they either pay you in advance or monthly by direct debit. Or put the bills in THEIR names.
Either way they are taking you for a ride at the moment and you are clearly suffering the consequences of their lax attitudes to their financial commitments.0
