I currently back with Natwest and have had an account with them for 10 months. About 3 months back I upgraded my account to a gold account as i purchased an iphone and wanted the insurance. I am lokoing for a loan but it seems you get a different rate whether you go in branch, apply online, over the phone, or if your a gold current account customer... im really confused which way to apply. Do you need an excellent credit score to be accepted with Natwest?

Thanks all
