    Lenders have limited funds to advance. So if a better applicant is in front of them, then a factor such as debt level may decide your fate by an underwriter.
    yeah, i know, we were stupid and careless, I don't take it as a criticism at all...We pay it off quite quickly plus we managed to save for a deposit...Hopefully they will look at it too?
