If an individual is in receipt of disability living allowance will this benefit be amended (means tested) if a pension is drawn.
So, if annuity income is received will this affect the level of disability bebnefit?

No, Disability Lvining Allowance is not currently means tested. There are no specific stated plans to change this in any thing the Condems have said, but it may be something they tackle in the future. Depending on whether you need to make a decision on this and when, I would wait at least until after the specific cuts are announced in October0
