Is anyone else having problems doing two orders? My first order went through fine, but the second was declined "due to problems processing" the card. Obviously there isn't anything wrong with the card.

I had problems after 2 orders. I am wondering if it is a security mechanism as a number of orders are being placed in a short space of time? Not 100% sure though

They're reknowned for doing this. I now have about 5 accounts with the body shop as they get so funny with doing more that a few orders. Just use a different e mail addy with the same details and it should go through ok - or else you have to ring them.

Tried different email address with same address and different card, but that didn't work either I have heard of problems with them before, but it's never happened to me before!
Such a shame, as I wanted to try the almond nail thing that the poster above ordered. Oh well, at least I got one hemp hand cream! (Bf just finished his).

I made 2 orders - one hemp lip balm and one hemp high moisture, to go in a little hamper for my stepmum for Xmas. I had the refusal page but after an hour it let me make the second order.

Thanks OP, got the Hemp hand cream which is brilliant stuff (great for men who work outside too!) and got a lovely new brush

Was going to buy a foundation brush from Clinique but was told the Body Shop brush was just as good. Just got it delivered for £4.60 so thanks very much to OP and who mentioned about the make up brushes!
Was so hard to just buy the one brush and not anything else!
