Good Week, Bad Week

Options
Helloo

Anyone fancy joining me in a good week/bad week thread?

Good Week

I got a pay rise yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! An extra £120 a month :)
It takes effect from October 1st, which is the only month of the year when I will be doing 8 extra days overtime, so my pay is going to be massive
And I will now be semi DF by the end of October :money:
I got a really nice new coat because my old one died - it was £50 which I guess is ok, but my first bit of retail therapy for months (and it felt goood)
College has started again and I've been meeting my new classmates

Bad Week
Ok I had a pretty good week I don't think I have anything bad!

  • Bad week - Letter from Inland Revenue saying I need to pay them £888 by today, Letter from ex-employers asking when I'll be paying back their £600. In a PMT fit of madness pulled the wall paper off the bathroom wall (which has been needing done for years, but not the right time to do it). And OH is on tour but is now stuck at the other side of the world 6 days longer than expected and gets back about 12 hours before I fly off across the Atlantic for work!!

Good week - Gran giving me £500 after she came into some money, good week at work - helped lots of people with funding applications, also got a new pupil for lessons, earned another £40 odd pounds on quidco and have made £5.50 for the £1024 challenge. And also got a £5 morrisons voucher from the petrol points!

Unfortunately the bad is outweighing the good at the moment.
