Financing a property inTurkey

Hi
Hope someone can help. My husband and I are considering purchasing a property in Turkey. We would need to borrow around £70,000. We have a mortgage on our home in the UK at the moment (the property is worth around £300,000) and we have a mortgage of around £7000 left on it. We would be able to pay that off with savings.
We thought to get a interest only mortgage as in a couple of years we will downsize to a smaller house and could pay off the loan with that.
Can anyone point us in the right direction.
Thanks
