CSA arrears

just had a phone call from the CSA asking if I wanted them to continue pursuing the father of my kids for maintenance.
y kids are 30 and 27, so it took them long enough!
what amazes me is that i moved 300 miles away a few years back and they managed to find me. why did they never manage to find my ex?

Crikey, thing is as far as I'm aware CSA cannot enforce arrears prior to 2000, so by the your children would be 17 and 20 so 2nd wouldn't be a qualifying child, and youngest fo potentially a short period - aren't they just great, efficient as ever0

Doesn't apply to Scotland though. Any debt up here is enforcable. I should have moved:rotfl:0 -

I hope you took them up on their offer. See they are getting more productive recently. Trying to save their jobs maybe?0
