Please be gentle, this is my first time posting a comp...I have searched URL, tic tacs, X-factor, and cant find it, really surprised, so is probably here, but better twice than not at all......

Found it on packet of tic tacs today! Enter name, email addy & date of birth. Looks like you enter just once, then you are entered for all of the draws, which will be held weekly once the live shows start.

To enter: No purchase necessary. Internet access and valid email address required to participate. To enter simply enter your name, date of birth and email address on the online form. All correctly completed entries will be automatically entered into all 11 of the prize draws or such number of the draws as remain open at the time of entry. Duplicate entries will be invalid. The prizes: For each draw the prizes will correspond to a show or the tour as follows: 2x Pairs of tickets to The First X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Second X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Third X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Fourth X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Fifth X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Sixth X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Seventh X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The Eighth X Factor Live Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The X Factor Live Semi Final Show, 2x Pairs of tickets to The X Factor Live Final Show. (Dates of the shows are to be confirmed in line with TV scheduling information.) 65 x pairs of tickets to the live X Factor Tour 2011. All prizes to the live shows include 1 nights accommodation in London and £200 spending money, winners are expected to make their own way to and from the venue. Tickets to the Live X Factor Tour 2011 do not include accommodation or spending money, winners are expected to make their own way to and from the venue. The prizes are as stated. There is no cash, or other alternative offered. The tickets for the shows and tour are not to be sold and are not, under any circumstances, transferable. Proof of identity will be required by winners of the show tickets, upon arrival at the show venue.
Prize Draws and notification of winners:


The promotion will be run like this:

• There will be 10 draws followed by a final draw for tickets for the X Factor Tour 2011.
• The draws will be taken from all entries made at the time of the relevant closing date.
• Opening date for entries is 20th August 2010.
• The closing dates for the prizes draws will be:
  
  for the first Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)
  
  for the Second Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)
  
  for the Third Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)
  
  for the Fourth Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)
  
  for the Fifth Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)
  
  for the Sixth Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)
  
  for the Seventh Live Show – Midnight the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2x pairs of tickets)

  for The Live X Factor Tour 2011 – Midnight 31st December 2010. 65 entries will be drawn and each winner will receive two tickets. (65x pairs of tickets)
• The final closing date will be 31st December 2010.

A winner will not be awarded a prize in any of the remaining prize draws. The winning entries will be drawn at random by computer from all valid entries and verified by an independent person. No correspondence will be entered into and any decision by the Promoter will be binding. Winners will receive an email within 48 hours of the relevant prize draw notifying them of their win and asking them to confirm acceptance of the prize. All entrants must ensure they provide a valid email address and are contactable on the same email address used for entry. The promoter reserves the right to carry out a redraw if a person does not confirm acceptance of a prize within 48 hours of being notified by the promoter that he/she has won. The names and counties of the winners will be available by sending a SAE to: Ferrero UK Ltd., Building 7, Hatters Lane, Croxley Green Business Park, Watford, HERTS WD18 8PA within 14 days of the final closing date.
