is there any website that tracks loans secured on a home or credit rating of a property?

I think the only way to find out whether there are any charges on a property is via the Land Registry but it will cost you between £4.00 - £8.00 for a copy of the title register. All fixed charges such as loans and mortgages will be listed at section c (charges register).
